How is the BR calculated in War Thunder? ›

In Air Arcade Battles, matchmaking is determined by the total battle rating of a lineup, which is calculated based on the three highest BR aircraft of that lineup. Ground units and naval vessels in the lineup cannot be taken into battle and will have no effect on the calculation of total battle rating.
