Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - After receiving anywhere between 3 and 10 inches of rain from Tropical Cyclone Debby earlier this week, the ground is already saturated. At 24.0 feet, Widespread lowland flooding in fields on left bank and woods on right bank. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:45 PM EDT Friday the stage was 22.0 feet and rising. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 24.3 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet. - Flood History.
